Super service, I was delivered in 24 hours! The down jacket is of excellent quality, lightweight, warm, pleasant to wear. And for the gloves, I finally found what I needed for my teens on bikes. Good product. Useful in negative temperature periods. I bought my first pair of bike gloves in 2017 and encountered a problem with one glove (bad electrical contact in 2023). I preferred to buy a new pair with the discount rather than repair the defective glove. Indeed, I didn't want to take the risk of having a defect on the second glove within a more or less short time. The cost of these two repairs would have been the same as the price of a new pair of gloves with the discount if the same discount had been offered to me. However, regarding the maintenance of these gloves, one can regret that they are not washable. Indeed, there is an unpleasant odor due to sweating. If solutions exist to eliminate it, I would be happy to know about them. As for the after-sales service and delivery times, it's perfect.

Despite a problem with the batteries I ordered, independent of their will, they immediately reacted by calling a technician to try to find a solution by phone. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so they accepted the return of the batteries in exchange. Moreover, I have Racer heated gloves for over 4 years now, and the quality of the gloves as well as the heating system are still on point this winter!
