terrible delivery, it seems that the delivery company cannot read addresses or does it on purpose, unknown address every time, terrible and the bubble silicone has nothing to do with silicone anymore, the less it goes, the less it goes, as for the rest it relaxes in a short time. to be reviewed

Avoid. Very poor management of a complaint.

The mask was supplied the correct size, the harness was supplied too small. I provided photographs and a resized harness was not offered. When I asked how I might avoid ordering the wrong size harness in the future I received the following answer:
Hello,

Unfortunately we can not answer this question for you. You may have had the standard size, as this is the most common one.

However we don't know that. So if you want to order another size, it would be at your own buyers risk in this case.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards

Impossible to sleep with the cushion in my back. Since then I have had tension problems that I didn't have before. My cardiologist told me to stop using it. I am sorry, I will talk to my general practitioner. Best regards

Beautiful, sturdy straps, just a pity that they took so long to arrive (I did receive an email about it) but I couldn't give them at the moment I wanted.

Mask is comfortable but the air does not flow well through the openings,
therefore I cannot breathe calmly.
Maybe it's just a matter of getting used to and trying again.
