Delivery as requested with the ordered items. But as La Poste encountered a problem... "Your package No. ********* entrusted to Tom Press unfortunately suffered a routing error and we are doing everything possible to get it back on track.". The package therefore arrived late and in poor condition, very likely dislocated in the sorting center. The vacuum bag packaging was torn and the bags hastily collected to be piled into the reinforced package with a lot of tape.

Product does not meet our expectations. We wanted rubber and not plastic, and the diameter does not match. Nothing to do with your product description.

Hello, there were parts out of stock, we found a solution, the package finally arrived at a merchant because it was too big for the 7/7: 24/24 boxes.
