difficult to have a complete order

It's difficult to place an order, I had to do it several times. I'm not an internet champion. There are some!

I ordered one from them that I received 4 days ago, and what was my surprise to find that it was all scratched. So I called TomPress, and I was told that I shouldn't have accepted the package at the post office, and I was taken aback, it's the first time I've heard such a thing. Anyway, after insisting, the person finally told me to send an email to customer service, which I did within the hour that followed. And since then, no response from them, not even an acknowledgment of receipt of my request. So 4 days later, I called them back, and they told me that the attached photo does not display, and asked me to send a PDF. I immediately complied, asking for an exchange or a refund. I find that their after-sales service is not effective which does not bode well for the future .....

Very good product, fast delivery, I recommend

Not at all satisfied: supposedly sold in a set, upon receiving the package there was only 1 seal inside. I needed 2 but given the shipping cost (which doubles the price of the part) I did not order a second time.
