An interesting and fairly comprehensive book for getting started with food smoking. Ideas, recipes and tips. I would have appreciated a development on salting with the balance method that I use for salmon, but this would be an accessory chapter that is perhaps the subject of another volume. Nevertheless, I recommend this purchase, which, like many tompress products, satisfies me.

I bought the manual corer to make berry jams. I've just used it for raspberries (about 10 kg). Squeezing was done in record time: 3/4 of an hour instead of 2 hours with a vegetable mill, and all that easily because turning the crank doesn't require any effort. I'm delighted with my purchase.

Very good quality pressing mats, I have them in different sizes for different presses. They work well and produce a noticeably higher juice yield with the same pressing pressure in a shorter time. Highly recommended!
