despite delays in the supply of certain products which are still on hold, the other items I have received are very good. be careful though, some capsules were slightly dented. In the event of delays in the supply of certain items, it would be a good idea to offer the customer delivery of the others, so as to avoid order cancellations.

I appreciate the range of products offered, however disappointed that I was not contacted to let me know that a product was no longer available, while we are asked our phone number at registration. When you order in addition to casings and that we have perishable food. the order took almost a week to arrive, fortunately a call from me could limit the dlc of me.

the product is as described, advertised with free shipping but when finalizing the order, shipping costs are added.I find this practice rather average, I had a good esteem for your company but I question a little on that.
