the product is as described, advertised with free shipping but when finalizing the order, shipping costs are added.I find this practice rather average, I had a good esteem for your company but I question a little on that.

The speed of delivery, too bad there are no more gifts! Note: one of the cork pockets was ripped open, nothing too serious, but the box of beef casings was open and salt had spilled over the rest of the stuff!

The first try with a 7-pound rooster was very conclusive after 4 hours of cooking at 230°. The skin was well roasted and the meat not too dry, but I'm not sure I'd use a whole 5 kg turkey.....

What do you mean? It's 40 cents a roll, what do you suggest as an additional indication?

Corresponds to what I expected. 5 days filled with water to seal the joint and tap and now it makes my vinegar!

General opinion of the online sales site: I appreciate the grouping together of products from diverse origins, selected by a competent team with high standards of quality and durability. Sales prices are reasonable compared with manufacturers' websites. I don't buy often, as my items last a long time, but I've always been satisfied with the reports.
