Fast delivery, doesn't take up too much space, pretty as pictured, tempers well, only problem is that it takes too long to make 30 minutes for 1kg of chocolate and there's no information on electricity consumption.

Hello, I placed an order for a flambadou on December 14th. You informed me the same day that the parcel had left by Colissimo. Worried that I hadn't received anything, I checked my account on December 17, and to my great surprise, it said that the parcel had been delivered the day before..... I have reported this problem by calling you, you must do some research with Colissi.

Order not delivered. I placed an order on 13 12 2021 and it was not delivered. After 2 complaint emails and a telephone conversation I have been offered a refund. I hope this will be done as soon as possible. Your site is well done, too bad for a first order!

I recently placed an order and was having difficulty with the website attempting to pay via credit card. I repeatedly got an error from the site, so decided just to pay via bank transfer, the other option. I made payment immediately, but they did not acknowledge the payment. About a week later they still hadn't shipped the order so I contact them and they told me they hadn't received my payment. I

Congratulations on the 48-hour delivery time during the holidays. Very good quality stainless steel. Exceptional cold smoking. Compared to Noel with good brand salmon. All guests were unanimous on the better quality of the salmon from the smoker purchased.

The packaging did not protect the corners of the bottle crates. These are twisted. And since the carrier dropped the packages off at the neighbors', no complaints ...
