I noticed a delay in delivery. When I asked how long it would take, I was told that an item was missing, and that they couldn't deliver what wasn't there.

- Delivery postponed by 2 months ...
- Great merchandise: flexible but simple temperature programming, virtually no cleaning, very small folded volume - But the response from customer service (23/07) to whom I asked where the product was made:
C'est une fabrication française. Whereas it's made in China under an American license."

Very fast delivery. Fragile item (pizza stone) very well packaged. Item conforms to the order. I do not evaluate the product because I have not yet used it. Serious site that I recommend.

For the moment I can only assess the delivery, which was totally unsatisfactory as it was delivered 700 km from my home, and the customer service, which wasn't much better as Colissimo and Tompress were both blaming each other. What's more, a copy of the complaint e-mail should have been sent to me, but I haven't received anything.

Efficient product, at least for tomatoes, but we had to adapt the fixing and the crank leaks, so we'll have to add a gasket.

The rack must be fixed to a wall to avoid any risk of tipping over, especially if the bulk of the bottles are stored on its upper part. In addition, the spaces where the bottles are placed are not well arranged to allow them to be stored head to foot correctly.

On the whole, everything went very smoothly from order to delivery. One small point of improvement concerned the packaging of the Electric Fruit and Tomato Press n°5. Some of the accessories were not sufficiently packed, and with transport marks and a few small dents were visible (probably due to transport and the shock between the large motor and the accessories).
