nothing to complain about... shipping and delivery times respected. Goods OK. I had ordered a pack of 100 vacuum bags, and they offered me an extra one! Thank you Tompress. Very satisfied with my purchase and the Tompress service. I recommend it.

if one of the two bars of the support could be adjustable in depth, this carriage could be adapted to all ovens mine from mybarbecue.com is installed but one of the two reinforcements (angle iron) does not fit into the support

even though it is no longer published. As a result, the entire order was blocked waiting for this book, which was unlikely to arrive! The parcel arrived too late

I would have liked a message to warn me of the delay in orders, or to give me an approximate delivery time. I received my parcel more than 2 months after ordering, without any contact from customer service.

The cocotte from a well-known Italian brand is made in Turkey and this is not mentioned in the description on the website. The price after reduction is the normal price" observed on online sales on a reputable site. I thought I'd made a bargain

Hello, I received my sterilizer and my other items in perfect condition. Well packed. I received my order very quickly. I had also asked for information about this sterilizer before ordering and received the answer a few hours later. I highly recommend this serious site.

The covid crisis had a nice ring to it. Were not able to honor an order placed on April 28, at the end of each month I was told it would arrive next month and when I was told end of September and by dint of impatience I switched my article for another. Very disappointed. As for customer service, I've never had the same contacts, so I've heard different things.
