Hello, I placed an order with you. I phoned to find out the delivery time, as I had been waiting for several days. Your employee told me that an item was out of stock and that upon receipt, my order would be shipped. I still had nothing, so I called you a second time and was told that the item had been discontinued. what happens if I don't call?
