The order was delayed (the book was a reprint). The only negative point is that I was not warned. But I left 5 stars because customer service responds quickly and is very efficient.

a little astonished at the size of the packaging - a large crate the width of the molds and a great height..."

Products conform to my order. But for delivery, Chronopost, as usual, is pitiful. They show great ingenuity to make customers' lives miserable. In this case, no pick-up delivery. I went to pick it up in a remote area 20 kms from home. Waiting outside in a queue (virus obliges). Colissimo is less rotten, that's for sure.

The delivery time was exceeded by 2 weeks (because of covid?) which seems reasonable but it was difficult to get information on these delays.

the flour is of very good quality, the yeast I know thank you, the delivery nickel I was called to receive it, but absent, it was represented the next day, a downside other carriers warn the day before to be sure to find someone.
