perfect service. Just too much packaging waste. Perhaps try to find cartons more suited to the size of the items shipped to waste less stuffing paper? Thanks to the very attentive and personalized customer service.

The order was picked up by the post office on Wednesday April 8. The tracking has not changed since then - so no scan - as if the package was lost. Not delivered 10 days after the order there is something to worry about!!!

Genuine new product, pure Marcato (reference number etc...) Untraceable on other sites except TomPress.
I didn't know about this site before buying this product and the service is impeccable and fast (despite the confinement!) It seems to be a reference site and I confirm by my experience of this purchase ;-)
