Hello, I'm already a customer and always satisfied, this is a first for flour type 55 in 5 kg, no more for me to buy it in supermarkets, the quality is not comparable, so I say to you next order, thank you.

Unfortunately I am unable to give my opinion as I have not received the goods! Of course there are very special conditions at the moment and it is possible that the problems will continue. However, in the event of non-receipt, do you plan to reimburse me? Even if I follow the track of the parcel on the link you sent me, which goes to the post office, there is no advance.

We wanted something effective and durable. It seems to us that both will be achieved. The price, if it is indeed long-lasting, will be forgotten...

perfect service. Just too much packaging waste. Perhaps try to find cartons more suited to the size of the items shipped to waste less stuffing paper? Thanks to the very attentive and personalized customer service.

The order was picked up by the post office on Wednesday April 8. The tracking has not changed since then - so no scan - as if the package was lost. Not delivered 10 days after the order there is something to worry about!!!
