super happy to finally find this product. But two uses later, the grid broke. Really disappointed. Really dubious quality. The particularly responsive after-sales service took note of my negative opinion, and undertook to do whatever was necessary to rectify the product's shortcomings. That's great. Nothing more to say. Customer service is excellent. And I feel a little neglected.

1st order at tompress, everything went very well. Very good quality equipment, for storing meat, fish etc. This product is suitable for dry salting my salmon fillets. Pleasantly surprised.

Delivery time and product quality were very good, but there was a slight problem with the quality of the cardboard packaging, which was almost ripped open.

The parcel arrived damaged, the problem is not linked to the delivery but to the departure from your home: strapping much too tight, cardboard too thin, therefore crushed products... The parcel (on a pallet) left, the payment was debited on dispatch, and nothing has happened since... For once, we're very disappointed...
