Very fast delivery and items conformed to the description. However, the packaging was insufficient for the fragility of the contents: part of the order was damaged during transport. I received a prompt reply to my complaint.

I've ordered some seals for my cider bottles, they seem to be of good quality and very thick, I'll have to see how they hold up over time.

The one-month delay between order and delivery was far too long for a log gutter ordered in early December and delivered just after the holidays in early January.

Fast and careful delivery, but delivery by Geodis was a disaster: 140 Km, 1h30 and 11 tolls to collect my parcel.

Package arrived quickly despite strikes. Fast shipping. However, impossible to light the sawdust.... may be too wet? I'll try this summer.
