We were unpleasantly surprised to receive the parcel in a box 3 x too large, filled with crumpled paper to fill the space.... Can't you adapt your packaging?

Hello, I received a very warm welcome for my article, which was in restocking, available within a week, which turned out to be the case. Perfect packaging, package opened with the GEODIS delivery man, who was also perfect. See you soon for another cdr. Sincerely Alain AULASNIER

Metal crate, bent fixing bracket at time of manufacture . Paint not dry before shrink-wrapping, so marks on uprights.

No information on delivery. I had to call to find out that one of the products was out of stock and that delivery was not scheduled until early January. Miracle, 3 days later I received my entire order.

Hello, a product in the order is out of stock and not indicated on the site. As a result, I had to order in two instalments to receive the bulk of the order within a reasonable time, and pay the shipping costs for the product that was out of stock, which alone made up the rest of the order. For an order of about 250 in total...I would have liked a commercial gesture.
