However, upon receipt, while we discovered impacts on a stainless steel element and a lack of paint, the responses have become longer and for now, we still do not have a solution to our problem, which prevents us from using the material while waiting for their response.

It should be noted that leaving spaces in the pallet allows for better air circulation of the goods, a bold choice that I hope reflects your creativity. To further improve this experience, perhaps you could consider attaching a screwed board to the pallet, and then fixing the package to it. This would give a much more professional look and prevent my package from swinging during transport. Hello, I had to remove a hinge from two doors and reattach it correctly elsewhere. The hinge was not properly mounted, which meant it could not stay closed. It's a shame, as the price is not cheap. The packaging, however, was impeccable and the package arrived in good condition despite the carrier I know well and who does not take good care of the packages he has to transport. He only has one strap for the whole truck... that's not acceptable.
