I'm very satisfied with the Tompress customer service team, who replaced my Lyonnaise frying pan, which was said to be "induction-compatible" but not by the manufacturer, without any shipping costs. The exchange was carried out with the speed and efficiency that you'd expect from a serious company. I put my new frying pan into service

Hello What's the point of putting a phone number on the delivery if the driver leaves a notice if he doesn't feel like using it when he arrives? I called the delivery service to make a new delivery the next day with a paid call, even though I was there on the day of delivery. Thank you very much.
