Hello, I would like to inform you that the bag of salt inside the packaging box was open. Instead of the 5 kg we ordered, we only received 4.

Product conforms, very fast delivery. The holes in the 18" grid are too far to the outside of the knife, which tends to wear out the knife and the grid.

I have not yet tried the product I received and have not had the opportunity to contact customer service, hence the 4 out of 5 star rating for these two lines.

When I place an order, the merchant must manage the delivery, not send people for a week late paying shipping costs.
