I can't get the apple peeler to work properly as it doesn't follow the shape of the apple and removes the flesh instead of peeling the apple.

If the merchandise is perfect value for money, once again the transport and delivery service provided by the post office despite a collissimo order is catastrophic...unworthy of a service called in a public era.

Very good material, with a good thickness, the handles remain to be taken with gloves or cloths when it simmers more than 2h00.

The casings were on their way. I was worried about getting them before killing our pig, so I phoned and was given a date which was perfectly respected and I got them on time. Thank you, the book on sous-vide cooking is disappointing.

Despite an error on my part when ordering, the preparation of my package was completed the next day (after my phone call) and delivery was not delayed. Thank you

the quality of the products is not in question, it's the management of orders in the event of a product delay that is catastrophic: if a product is out of stock or being restocked, you have to pay twice for shipping costs, and therefore pay for the company's logistical shortcomings .....

Your catalog is fabulous I've read it cover to cover. Would you be so kind as to send it to my brother-in-law: Jean Luc DEVIGNE - 65 chemin le Pré Fionnay - 74230 Dingy Saint Clair - It will surely give him some ideas. With my thanks

Simple and efficient.... The only hesitation would be the customs clearance fees.... But for this last order, I found the item I was looking for. Thank you

In regard to the delivery and the goods (stainless steel press) I can not give any judgment, as due to non-availability it was not delivered to me, I hope this will happen soon.

The chopper I ordered did not live up to my expectations. Ineffective endless screw.

Response from tompress.com
What's wrong with the chopper? Maybe it's the cutter or the grid that you just need to adapt to your use. Please contact us at 05 63 71 44 99 or [email protected]. Best regards.

the ideal would be to let us know the day before delivery so that we can be sure to be at home. Otherwise RAS, fast delivery and good quality product.

Advertised delivery time: 48H delivered within 8 days, and that's only because I asked for it. Multiple pieces of gut, often pierced; not worthy of tompress.

Response from tompress.com
Hello, We only dispatched the parcel when we were restocked. However, it is not usual to have this problem with casings. I will inform our after-sales service who will contact you as soon as possible. Best regards.

Super service. The people at Tompress were a great help with our order to set up our new manufacturing unit, which we will be opening on Reunion Island. We hope this will pave the way for a long and fruitful collaboration in the future. We hope this will pave the way for a long and fruitful collaboration in the future. Sincerely The TI'BABA team
