I'm happy with my choice of press for minced steak. It's easy to loosen steak and not too thick.

Efficiency, quality, original items hard to find elsewhere... The only drawback is that prices aren't always affordable and some utensils are missing (rice ball, small lids -10,12 cm- , etc...), which are not often used these days.

Parcel delivered without signature or delivery notice. Packaging too fragile due to salt attacking the plastic film. To be reviewed.

It's just unfortunate that the very expensive 3" centring ring doesn't come with the chopper, also ordered from Tom Press."

1 month for delivery, I find that long when it was indicated that the products would be available within 2 days before delivery when I placed the order. Nevertheless, the products are in order.

Good evening, your site blocks payment by credit card (I had to call and complete the transaction by telephone): this is a problem. It works on all sites except yours. You should rectify this immediately; not all your customers will take the trouble to repeat the procedure several times and/or complete the order by telephone. Sincerely D.MARGELLI

Products as described.
Can't wait to use them, I know in advance that I won't be disappointed as I'm used to ordering them. The casings stay fresh, it's rare to find this kind of product that keeps so well, and for so long. I'm a loyal Tom press customer, and the delivery time is second to none.
