delivery: can do better, but tom presse has nothing to do with it. Package damaged, but this is due to the Belgian post office.

Does not correspond to the product description on your site The item received is for stripping wallpaper, carpets etc... And not for cleaning a plancha.

The freeze-dried blood for making blood pudding is of very high quality, just follow the recipe in tompress magazine and MR Georgin's advice and you're guaranteed success.

I received my order, but the product doesn't correspond exactly to my expectations, which I thought would be an adjustable rolling mill? the description on the site wasn't clear enough, so I don't know if I'll use it? it's true that the price is low, but if I could change it for a more sophisticated model, that would be great.

Hello, Please contact our customer service department on 05 63 71 44 99 or [email protected], and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange. I think what you want is a pasta machine, it will allow you to laminate and make pasta with various accessories. Best regards.

No, gentlemen, I'm not happy at all. I haven't had a chance to test it yet, as I'm still waiting for a reply from your after-sales service for file 20341. So I've misplaced my trust in your company. And if I may say so, the damage caused on delivery is due to a double failure in YOUR packaging of the items, so a big effort is required.
