Nothing to complain about, responsive and professional customer service. Navigation on the site via phone is a bit complicated if searching for an item using the search bar, it's better to use the menu.

4 days waiting for a GLS carrier to finally have my package delivered to my mailbox.... I am a childminder and for my 4 little ones (and their parents) it is difficult to understand that we are stuck inside because a carrier does not do their job. If I recommend Wesco, it will be on the condition that the package is sent to a relay point. Now I hope these balls will last longer than the glitter balls we bought 4 years ago for our association.

Response from Wesco Published on 28/02/2023

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. When creating your profile on our site, you registered as a childcare structure. However, for this type of client, we only offer delivery by carrier. According to the information we have, your order was indeed delivered on the desired date. If for a future order you prefer to opt for delivery to a parcel relay, simply send us an email at [email protected] and we will modify your profile type. We hope to see you again soon on our site and wish you many hours of play with the balls. Have a nice day.

Super happy with the site and the product, however, the delivery was catastrophic with a delivery person who wanted me to go pick up my package while I paid for home delivery.

The store sells quality products, at least for the item I ordered. However, the delivery service is not. Nevertheless, I think I will probably place other orders on the site.

For my job, I was looking for barriers to delimit different spaces. Among various sites, Wesco's caught my attention. The only negative point is that when ordering, I noted the receipt for February 20. This instruction was not respected.

Regarding the site, nothing to say except that if a product is not available, it should be indicated. As for the item, nothing to say except that my order dates back to November 22 and I only received the missing item the day before yesterday (February 23) without any apology, gift, or additional item for the wait or inconvenience caused, despite having followed up with them. Moreover, Wesco sent me emails indicating delivery times or receipt dates that were not respected. A shame!!! I will not recommend and I do not recommend it. Not even a commercial gesture. Nothing.
