Wesco receives praise for consistent delivery reliability, with many reviews noting fast and on-time shipping, well-packaged items, and orders arriving complete and matching site descriptions. The shopping experience is described as smooth and easy, with clear order tracking, straightforward ordering, and helpful customer service in several positive mentions. Overall, customers appreciate the long-standing relationship with the brand, the reliable fulfillment of orders, and the suitability of products for young children.

Delivery times are excessively long. I am not sure I will continue ordering diapers for our nursery from Wesco.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. After investigating with our logistics service, we have several explanations that justify this exceptionally longer delivery time. When you choose your delivery date, the order is prepared in our warehouse 7 days in advance. In your case, the preparation of your order was scheduled for 12/27. However, this year our company was exceptionally closed between Christmas and New Year to allow our employees to fully enjoy this period. Therefore, your order was prepared with a few days delay and consequently, the delivery was also delayed. This is an unfortunate combination of circumstances and we hope this will not affect your loyalty to WESCO as your satisfaction remains our priority. We look forward to seeing you again soon on www.wesco.fr and wish you a very good day.

Very sturdy changing table, but I find it not deep enough, the children's feet stick out too much and the assembly instructions are very difficult to understand.

The customer service assured me that I would receive the gift card just after payment, which was not the case at all, I had to call customer service and create a fake gift card. The gift card is not practical to create at all.

Response from Wesco
Hello and thank you for choosing WESCO to please one of your loved ones! Not being immune to a malfunction on our site, we conducted several technical verifications. The gift card was indeed sent 10 minutes after your order. Following your call 24 hours later, we resent the gift card once again. We are sorry if this process seemed complicated to you because we assure you that the gift card is a quick solution that surely brings joy! We will be very happy to see you again soon on www.wesco.fr and we sincerely thank you for your loyalty. Have a nice day.
