Customer reviews of Wikao

Very good product.

Very good, no issues, arrived safely.

Very practical.

I ordered two fireplaces, a Cynthera XL and a Hublot. It's possible to pay in installments. They arrived very quickly, 5/5 for that. Although they were very well packaged and protected, the Cynthera is a little damaged, but it's on the back so you can't see it—phew! Nothing to say about the design; both are very beautiful. Overall, wall mounting is easy and the instructions are clear. The only downside (unless I missed it) is that the measurements between the centers of the Cynthera's vertical brackets could be included. It's never easy to measure accurately when you're on your own, especially since the holes in the brackets have to line up perfectly with the holes in the back panel. So, what I recommend to future buyers is to dry-fit the fireplace first, attach the vertical brackets to it, lay it face down on the floor, and calmly measure the distance between the opposing holes on the brackets so you can mark them accurately where you want to install it.

Exceptional customer service for order tracking.

I'm delighted with my purchase! The flame effect is fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Great, fast.

Ordering was fine, delivery was fine, but the heating performance is very average, and there is a scratch on the side of the appliance. For the price, you expect better.

I would like to express my utmost satisfaction and gratitude for the quality of service provided by WIKAO. From the very first contact, I greatly appreciated the sales staff's and manager's keen business sense. When I made my purchase, he offered to give me a second glass panel for my tabletop ethanol fireplace, as I had broken the original one. Unfortunately, the glass arrived broken. The very next day, the WIKAO manager sent another parcel at his own expense to send me a second glass panel for my Lutèce fireplace. What's more, the quality of the products offered meets my expectations, and the after-sales service has been impeccable. It's rare to find a seller who is so competent and committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend WIKAO to anyone looking for a stress-free shopping experience with exceptional customer service. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

Hello, everything on your end is perfect. The downside is the DPD delivery. I received an email and a text message saying it would be delivered on Saturday between 9 a.m. and noon. I called DPD customer service, who told me delivery could take place as late as 7 p.m. I waited at home all day for nothing. On Monday morning, I called DPD. They didn't know where the parcel was. Meanwhile, the driver delivered it, and I pointed out that I had been expecting it on Saturday. He rudely said that they never deliver on Saturdays??? Right after that, I received a text from DPD saying they couldn't deliver for technical reasons LOL. I've already had a problem with DPD before. For the sake of your reputation, perhaps you should change delivery companies. Kind regards.

Perfect: the order and shipping were great, and the fireplace is very nice. We haven't used it yet. This is the second purchase we've made from this company, and we're very satisfied.

I wasn't familiar with the company. The delivery was perfect. I'm waiting until autumn to test the burner.

Fast delivery and the product was well packaged. Beautiful product, very satisfied with my purchase.

The appliance was very well packaged for safe transport. The downside: the delivery driver left the parcel outside the building. A neighbor brought it into the building entrance when he got home from work. The appliance could easily have disappeared!

Product that meets our needs. Thank you.

Delivery time was fine.

Perfect! Nothing to report. Fast delivery and as described. Great fireplace.

The filling pump in my order doesn't work. Given its price, I'm not going to return it, but I'm disappointed.

Very good. Delivered quickly and well packaged. The ethanol stove is simple, attractive and works well.

Order fulfilled very quickly; the product meets our expectations

I ordered an ethanol fireplace. The seller gave very good advice over the phone. I am very satisfied with the item and the delivery time, and I highly recommend it.

The order, packaging and delivery were impeccable. The product is as described and meets my expectations. I called customer service for some details and received very good advice. I recommend it.

Perfect delivery, and we are very happy with the product, which looks great in our living room. I recommend it.

Product as described and fast delivery.

A useful item for providing a little heat, and a lovely decoration

A fireplace that fully meets my expectations. Quality materials. Perfect service. I needed some information about assembly; my phone call was answered straight away and I got my answer. Everything is perfect.

Nothing to report

Very good product and fast shipping.

Very good

A fireplace with a very attractive design and careful finishing, delivered within the timeframe stated when I placed the order. I haven't had time to try my fireplace yet, but given the professionalism and responsiveness of the Wikao team, I'm not worried. I'm won over by this online store and will certainly make more purchases here. Thank you, Wikao.

Great

Package received in good condition and well packaged, but there is still a small dent on the top of the fireplace mantel

Looks lovely. Perfect transport on a pallet.

Very satisfied. The only downside is that the two largest logs are a little too bulky and hide a good part of the flame.
