Hello, the product I ordered, the "Quattro XL ethanol fireplace," was delivered on time, and I am very satisfied with the carrier. However, I am a little disappointed with the fireplace's finish: the folds at the stainless-steel corners are not clean, and it bulges a little in some places... Otherwise, it's a nice fireplace.

Delivery times were very well respected. Installing our wall-mounted fireplace was not easy. In our opinion, it would be better if the mounting eyelets were perpendicular rather than parallel. Apart from this detail, we are entirely satisfied with our purchase.
