Dear, regarding the shipment, only the Yamato ship and these 3 airplanes arrived, but the F4U-Corsair from Tamiya was missing. And I have had no response from you in this case, for partial shipment.

At the time of writing this review I have had to wait 6 weeks for one item, the other is yet to be delivered. There was no contact from them, I had to chase several times to find out what was going on. Very poor customer service and really bad business practice. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm used to ordering imported figurines and I was looking for a site in France to avoid the increasingly astronomical customs fees (thank you France and its taxes on unavailable products!!). I was intrigued by the story of the founders and I tried it out by buying an Evangelion figurine. I'm more than delighted with the purchase! The figurine arrived well packaged. The tracking of my parcel was impeccable and the parcel arrived on time. The variety available on the site is enormous, whether figurines, puzzles, models or mangas.
