There have been errors in the last two orders I have placed, I have emailed two différant depts to get resolved and have not even had a response to any emails, very disappointing, won’t use again which is a shame as the range and price is very good but they don’t get orders right and don’t respond or try to resolve,

My order was slightly delayed, but otherwise was in new condition, arrived before I really required it, and 1001 Hobbies customer service responded quickly when I inquired about my order. Basically, no real problems!
