I didn’t like this. I was excited for a model for my husband for Christmas that I ordered many weeks before. It arrived AFTER Christmas despite paying the extra for delivery. When contacting customer service, I am told to wait for someone then no one comes. The day someone answered was to tell me it’s coming still. No resolution whatsoever and the model came in a destroyed box. Very unprofessional

Communication impossible.1 month delay in delivery without explanation despite numerous requests made by email and calls impossible because the line is always saturated.
