I had to wait more than 15 days for my order to be shipped even though everything was in stock and available. The Colis Privé service used ėt sucked. I was warned that the driver couldn't find my address, something I don't understand, I live in a small town, not a remote country place. Now it's up to me to travel 25km to pick up my parcel at a relay point. Not happy at all.

Happy with the purchase, but the product was indicated for immediate shipment, in the afternoon, and finally left after 6 days, after 2 unanswered emails and several calls, only 1 of which was answered. It was to be offered on Tuesday, but arrived on Wednesday.

I was impressed with the quality of the service, particularly the ease of finding what I was looking for on the website, and the relative simplicity of ordering and checking out. I was also impressed, if not simply surprised, by the speed of delivery; the item arrived very quickly from overseas. Packaging was excellent, and communication from and with the seller was excellent. I was informed at every step of the purchase-shipping-delivery process where my item/package was. It does not get much better than this.

A comprehensive site with an excellent stock, including some quite obscure kits. Guidance is given as to the level (around £135) where our Customs chums are likely to take an interest. A helpful warning!
Probably takes a little longer than many vendors based in the UK, but, living as we do in the United Pingdom, that's a problem out of the control of 1001hobbies! Check prices. Some a bit high, many very competitive.
