Website should have stated that stock was not held in the uk and import duty/vat was payable. The note that additional cost may be due to COVID was misleading. The import duty should have been stated before conformation of order.

Thank you for your comment. We regret your dissatisfaction, but we would like to stress that the additional taxes paid above €135 are taxes that have been in place since the Brexit.

There is only one point that I have to criticize and this does not concern 1001 Hobbies but DHL. The envelope was pressed into the letterbox so that it tore and no longer protected the delivery. In the end, it lay torn on top of the delivery. Fortunately, the delivery was undamaged.
