I had to wait, but it was communicated to me, which I appreciated. Otherwise everything was fine.

Great customer service. Kept me notified of the delivery status of my product the entire time. Postage was a bit high, but it was being sent from France to the U.S.

Full choice, product well presented, kept informed throughout the process, from shipping to receiving, multiple choice for receiving addresses if not at home, payment by visa card and BANQUAIRE! Quality product. Nothing to report, I highly recommend it!

Good site for modeling lovers, fast, professional attention and good shipping tracking, although some of their items are not competitively priced, otherwise I recommend it.

Unfortunately there is no item description, which didn't bother me at first. Only after the order arrived did I notice that there were two different parts per set. Not too dramatic.
However, shipping took a whole 12 days from receipt of payment to handover to the shipping service provider, even though the parts were in stock according to the homepage.
The confirmation that my order was being processed was successful after 3 days, which is a relatively long time.
Probably my last order from this retailer.
