Before placing an order for 460 €, I wanted to call for information. The person who answered seemed to know nothing about her subject. After putting me on hold, she simply hung up on me. For the rest nothing to say, but not sure that I place another order. A little professionalism from your staff would not be a luxury.

Great site, ordered some for 3rd time, all parts are there. Delivery was 3 days before the expected delivery time. Class.What I still can't find on the site are. Things like terrain or trees ( decoration) Can I still be helped with that? For the rest I now have enough nice stuff to get busy with my hobby during the vacations.

Nul hyper nul, and once again my opinion will be refused... They sell you models with unusable plans and this company doesn't give a damn, they give you a credit of 15% of the price of your order excluding shipping costs, which of course remain at your expense. (35€ for a 240€ purchase that goes into the garbage)
