A small but fortunately harmless incident concerning the quality of the packaging, which was taken into account as soon as it was reported. Check delivery schedules according to the opening days of relay points to avoid unnecessary movement of goods (especially insufficiently protected). If not, the merchandise is totally compliant and the site is extremely responsive, which I continue to trust.

I have NOT received any of the three orders I have placed and paid for. Regarding the last one (229785) I was informed by email of the following: We thank you for your comment and apologize for this incident. The package seems to have been lost so we suggest that you send the order to your address"" Can someone explain me how to send the package that has been lost to my address. Two months after making the payment I do not have the items ordered nor apparently a solution to this. I feel I have been cheated and the feeling of being helpless. Perhaps the only thing I can do is to file a complaint through the Consumers and Consumer Organization.

The delivery was a little slower than expected but I guess it's normal at this time of the year.

Everything ok I was delivered everything requested in the order the packaging I would say more than perfect they updated me via email on the status of the order optimally delivery quite fast considering I made the request just before the holiday season very good products. Definitely to be kept in mind for future purchases as well.

Misrepresentation of Shipping Speed, Poor Experience Estimate delivery date was 12/24/20. Ordered was placed on 12/15/20. A SIGNIFICANT upcharge for more rapid shipping was paid. No communication was given regarding shipping until 12/19/20. Item still has not arrived to destination. Tracking information provided had a dead link, had to independently find a tracking service which then showed by 1/7/21 the item was no where close to its final destination. I receive frequent emails from this website about reviewing my order and I haven't even received the item, which is incredibly obnoxious. This has been a terrible experience and I will never use this website or service for purchases again. Mistake made and lesson learned.

There is no excuse for the poor delivery time of this companies products - tracking an order does not work nor does contacting this company
