Order processed very quickly even with cov

Great Service I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I thought I would. I ordered a model LCT-6 on Saturday 14th November as it was the best price on the internet, paid with PayPal and waited. Email confirmations and thank you's then nothing! Used to Amazon next day deliveries I was a little concerned so checked trust pilot. Mainly good reviews but some poor - had I made a mistake? Turns out no, model arrived in good condition on 20th, new and all email advices beforehand advising its status. Some people were complaining it came from France - so what, the service was good, the price was good and we are in a pandemic!!! Would definitely use again - Thank you for your service 1001 models

Very good experience Very good experience, good comunication, fast delivering and nice products. Outstanding

Product niet geleverd en geen geld terug. Fraudsters! I don't know where these people come from.

Impeccable delivery times and tracking. Items received well packaged and in good condition.

Very satisfied Reasonable delay

Good service despite late delivery due to covid-1

Very good and fast service! Thank you

Perfect. I recommend it.

Large selection of 172nd scale models. Scale that interests me. Many brands

Package very damaged very long to receive the package. Disappointed

Quality service but delivery a little long compared with some sites... That said, you get personalized, efficient service if you contact the site, and advice from friendly people... In short, I recommend

Good products, good prices and fast delivery

The site is not always well designed. You can't refine your search properly. It's complicated when you want something specific.

Fast shipping and careful packaging 1001 thank you

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Anybody thinking of purchasing from this company I cannot urge you not to.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order which after 2 weeks had not arrived on trying to contact them I really struggled to get through, when I eventually did I was fobbed off by someone who could barely speak English. After 3 weeks and contacting them again I was told my item was discontinued yet it took them 3 weeks to realise this and only because I contacted them and yet they still took my money. BEYOND A JOKE

I used this site only once. My order was relatively complex (several small objects) and a couple of things did not figure in stock when I placed the order. Everything arrived with a very reasonable delay. I am satisfied.

fast delivery everything was well packed

It just came in a little late

All good Lots of products available and safe delivery with tracking Nothing to say

I am pleased. This is my fourth or fifth order and I have been satisfied with all of them. I would include color catalogs of vallejo acrylic paints in the product offering and the colors themselves of course.

I find the delivery time very long compared to other deliveries from different companies.
