In the demonstration video of the item I chose you can see the box open and you can see that inside the pieces to be assembled are green but when the package arrived to my bitter surprise the pieces were white i.e. to be painted. They told me they would email me the free return form but to date despite my email reminder I have not received anything.

But no, all I got was a very thin jiffy bag to protect my item, resulting in the cardboard backing being damaged. Very surprising considering the collectable nature of the items they sell. Will not be shopping here again.

Ordered scalectrix mid may never arrived Told delivery hold up then told lost in transit I requested refund which I was told would be paid but ive received no refund I've not received replies to my latest emails so I'm now getting legal advice to try get my money back I will not use this company again and would not be recommending to anyone else either

A catastrophe. still no reliable news and no parcels after 5 months!!!! And finally, after a number of unsuccessful complaints and phone calls: ""it's the post office's fault"" ""we don't understand"" ""let's go through the history together"" etc. answers next to products paid for when ordered and no follow-up or accountability with regard to their subcontracting. no seriousness no professionalism

I placed an order on June 9th supposed to arrive between 6-8 July. As of today 13th I have not received any mail or any information about my order IE6SXCJQR. I call customer service and the girl who takes me does not know how to give me a clear answer in August I go on vacation and I would like to know if I will have it before or someone tell me something conc

This website doesn't really deserve a star. I ordered my item and had problems with my delivery address. But when these were finally resolved (supposedly) the goods were simply not delivered although they are (again supposedly) still in stock. Now six weeks after ordering, the shipment is not in sight. I can only advise against buying from this supplier and don't pay attention to the good reviews. Most of them are pretty obvious bots if you look at the name and structure of the rating.

The box was in very poor condition so I have to check the contents for damage first. The packaging was perfect, but the box containing the model was crushed in more ways than one.

Parcel well received in correct times! small downside the parcels are very fragile it arrived very damaged crushed everywhere!!! fortunately no consequences for the products. it would be perhaps judicious to find for the sendings of the containers more adapted in solidity. cordialemen
