Top material Too bad the box was a bit broken But the material was still fine

Slow to ship slow to refund Ordered an item paid for expedited shipping never recieved the item. Was told it was being ordered so I canceled order and was told refunded but was not.

I'm very disappointed, instead of telling us that the Kansas Baja is no longer manufactured, they cash in and say that preparation is underway. I don't recommend the 1001 hobbies site for radio-controlled cars?

Great choice of model paints Great choice of model paints. Delivery took a while but I think that's to be expected at the moment with the pandemic. When I contacted them I got a quick response from customer services to apologise and explain the delay was down to one paint being temporarily out of stock. Overall, good service and would use again.

Concerning the delivery not delivered by hand to the hotel next door. Perfect packaging. Lack of explanation on the instructions and still waiting for an answer to my questions.

Wish I had seen the reviews before... Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering, absolutely terrible! 16 days and my order is still being processed not even shipped yet. No sign of any contact details on the website can't even email them to ask what the delay is. Will not use again
