I still haven't received my parcel because apparently only my town is on the parcel and my street and number are missing. Disappointing for the delay and this oversight knowing that I paid a shipment for all to be well done on behalf of 1001 ma

Deplorable!!! Shame to have to give a mark of 1. Product said to be in stock with delivery in 48h but received in 8 days and don't tell me it's because of covid I'm the owner of 2 E-Commerce sites and my customers are delivered on time. Parcel packed in a simple plastic bubble box arrived exploded. It was to offer I will have to do otherwise. Stop by

I was looking for a bit more detail and resolution in the decal/instruction sheet. It looked photo copied.

Good for taking into account the package and delivery but not great for the address of the relay point.... I ask to be delivered in Champagnole and my parcel arrives in Poligny 20 km further on.

I think I'm a pretty good customer and yet you regularly send me a €5 discount voucher !!!!! for purchases over €50. Sorry, I order at my own pace, i.e. approx. 25€ per order, but nearly 2 times a month, as I have other purchases to make.

Product conforms to specifications and shipping is fast, as long as you realize that we don't have a logistics monster like Amazon or any other platform. I'd like to comment that it's not clear whether the order has been placed correctly, so I almost bought the product twice.
