Fast efficient a clear and pleasant site to navigate - no doubts......commandez....

Good dialogue with a contact person in the event of a problem. Delivery times sometimes long, but order respected and well packaged.

I bought a sanwa radio on monday evening at an unbeatable price. It was delivered to my door on saturday with free shipping!!! what a treat!

very happy with 1001 maquettes: very fast processing, shipping and delivery. a site where you can find everything you need to make a model, and fortunately because I can't find any near me. thank you to the whole team and keep up the good work saluta

Perfect shipment, very fast and well protected.

I received the wrong item. Due to the lack of a return slip, it was only possible to return the item after I had to prove that it was wrong. --- QUOTE: ""Please find enclosed a return label for the boat you received. To answer your questions this is the after sales service procedure. This allows us to avoid some scams. Yours sincerely, Customer Service"" QUOTE End --- Here the customer is seen as a potential fraudster! I then returned the wrong item. The parcel company has confirmed delivery! But 1001 Modellbau cannot find the return shipment! So no money back. Great! I wonder who is the fraudster here! If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration, it's better not to order here!!!!! And don't be fooled by the German presentation. This is a French company. That doesn't make a subsequent legal dispute any easier!

I ordered for 110€..never received my parcel. Thank you post office? Thank you 1001maquettes? In any case I don't

shipment a bit long

Everything is respected the order delivery timeo

Unable to set the average (2.5), I opted for the low option... Despite a well-stocked catalog, my first two orders took too long to process for my liking: almost 15 days between order and receipt, with: products indicated as being in stock when in fact they weren't; very long reaction times for order tracking information; slightly expensive delivery to a relay point; a surprisingly long delivery time; no contact form on the site and no reply to messages sent by mail....; despite everything, the products were received and were exactly as ordered. By way of comparison, when I didn't see my second order arrive, I placed an order on a competitor's site: same products delivered to my home within two days of placing the order, and with the same costs.

Satisfied with the speed of the shipment

I don't think I understood very well how to order the colors of the paints because I made a comment about it and my wish was not fulfilled. But I think it was a communication error.

Good experience, there's plenty of choice and the prices are reasonable. Impeccable order tracking, I was alerted of each delivery stage by e-mail. Thank you 1001 maque

good good compliant products

Fast delivery but the product does not correspond to the photos on the website. I wanted the old version of the model ordered, the one corresponding to the illustrations on the site, but I received the old version which I really like mo

good value for money still lacks the large plastic scale models especially the cuirassier ships of the mo

Ordered only 4 small items including a TX antenna for an old radio. I received the envelope with the correct delivery note, but only 3 items, the antenna not included (they can't count to 4?). No solution by phone, I had to send an e-mail and fill in ""Attestation sur l'honneur de réception de commande manquant"". The antenna had to be registered (resulting in a delay of 9 or 10 days), so where was the antenna that should have been in the e-mail?

I reserve my very bad opinion since I am not allowed to express myself in the terms I wanted to express.
