We were transparent in telling you that our supplier's printer in France had a technical issue. This caused a delay in delivery.

We usually deliver to our customers within 24/48 hours or 10 working days.

Unfortunately, this time, this event beyond our control meant we did not fulfill our commitment. Everything has since returned to normal, and we have fully refunded you.
