The time between ordering and preparing it is way too long and extends the delivery time accordingly. Too bad, because the merchandise is TOP and the delivery was perfect. Thank you for your service and long life to BBG DECO DE HEROS

Lying by saying that the order is out for delivery when you hadn't even sent it because your printer was broken. Honesty is better than lying. It goes down better.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS Published on 03/07/2023

Hello Sylvain
You ordered two cardboard masks of Michelle and Barack OBAMA.

We were transparent in telling you that our supplier's printer in France had a technical issue. This caused a delay in delivery.

We usually deliver to our customers within 24/48 hours or 10 working days.

Unfortunately, this time, this event beyond our control meant we did not fulfill our commitment. Everything has since returned to normal, and we have fully refunded you.

We apologize for this experience.
Our team is at your disposal.
Best regards.
The Héros Deco Team

Hello Chantal. We usually respond quickly to customers. We have no record of your message. Did you leave a message on our answering machine? You ordered on April 25 an item that was displayed under 10 days (working days) as it was being restocked. We respected the deadline as I see that you were delivered today (May 11). Best regards.
