Stay away from the stickers. Cut in any way... the unicorn in 3 pieces, not the same colors so you can clearly see the 3 pieces once installed...

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS Published on 28/02/2023

Hello Christelle, We have received your message. But we don't understand! We called you yesterday (Monday) to ask for photos to understand and possibly forward to our manufacturer. And instead of that, we discover your review. We do our best to help our customers, but you also need to play along so we can understand, especially since these Walltastic stickers are of excellent quality. Best regards. The Deco de Héros team

I chose delivery to a pickup point, at the same price as GLS home delivery, because I did not want to be delivered by GLS. But it was GLS that delivered to the pickup point. Result: they did not drop off my package at the right pickup point but at another one which made me take a detour of more than 2 hours!! And luckily someone brought it to me because it was inaccessible by public transport!! All this for an order of cardboard masks at €10! Incredible loss of money (gas, highway) and time! Advice to BBG: change your delivery method, increase the range of choices, forget GLS!

Hello Maëva, We are sorry for this experience. Indeed, the Mondial Relay network is handled by GLS. Since April, we have added Chronopost pickup points. Moreover, they are cheaper and generally faster. See you soon. The team https://deco-de-heros.com

Very disappointed, the large stickers peel off, a rolled-up rug so impossible to get it back to its original shape, last time I order from the site.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS Published on 12/02/2023

Hello
We are sorry for this experience.
Regarding the stickers, did you contact our team to understand the issue?
As for the rugs, they are all delivered rolled up. This is the first time we have been told that a rug does not stabilize.
Can you please send us photos?
Thank you for your understanding.
