I bought a large Spiderman for my children's room and I am happy with it. I bought smaller Spidey ones and I am very disappointed because they don't stick, they peel off every day. I think I will remove them.

I ordered a display and the site clearly stated: delivery within 48 hours for this product. I had to wait 2 weeks. Knowing that the delivery time was the main reason for ordering from you and not elsewhere... I was very disappointed and I find your way of working unacceptable.

Translated reviews

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS Published on 14/02/2023

Hello Marc
The availability (in stock 24/48h or 10 days) is clearly indicated when the customer views the item.
The item you ordered was 10 days, hence the delay.
Best regards.\nThe Héros Décor Team

Hello Flavie
We are sorry for this experience.
According to the carrier's tracking, he tried to contact you. And he postponed the delivery to the next day.
It was just before Christmas, and the carriers were very busy.
We hope your child was delighted with this beautiful princess bed.

Hello, we ordered masks for a costume party. It was indicated on the site 'at your place in 24 or 48 hours' which was more than enough since our party was 6 days later. Unfortunately, the order arrived 10 days after the order...
