The products ordered are top-notch, really great, however, regarding the delivery, I am not satisfied at all my package was waiting in front of my door anyone could have stolen it while it was specified that if I was not present I would have a notice of passage to be delivered later the carrier does not do his job properly

Very satisfied! The small white bed set decorated with butterflies, including the bed base, mattress, and duvet is very pretty! Quality is very good, easy to assemble, and delivery to the pickup point in 2 days. I recommend the site and will not hesitate to order again!

The design of my blanket is different from the one I ordered. No solution found to compensate for this dispute! Except to the benefit of the site! Therefore, I cannot recommend this site given the situation.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS Published on 27/09/2022

Hello Sandrine, You received a blanket with a design different from the one ordered. We offered you 2 solutions: 1) refund you after retrieving the blanket 2) offer you a promo code to use for a future purchase. We regret that neither of the two solutions could suit you. Best regards. The BBG team

Package received in the right format for two items, but waiting two weeks for the platform to send to the distribution site is long.

Hello Natacha, Thank you for your message and your stars. Indeed, one of the items you ordered was being restocked (shown as 10 days). Our English supplier had a bit of a delay (customs, shipping, etc.). Our apologies for this little hiccup. The BBG team
