Fast delivery and top customer service. I had a problem with the delivery, which was independent of the site, and the manager contacted me and found a solution. So I am satisfied with this site. I recommend

OPENED AND REPACKAGED PACKAGE, could it be a second-hand item????

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Eliane, We have noted your message. All items we send to our customers are new in their original packaging. For some items, we overpackage the packaging so that they do not suffer from the rigors of transport. Our team is at your disposal for any questions. Best regards, The BBG team

The delivery was supposed to be at my daughter's place in another department and the bulky package arrived at my home. I have to manage and pay to send it back. I will not order from your site again.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS
Hello Laurence, As mentioned on the phone, the delivery address you chose is your home and not your daughter's address. Best regards. The technical team
