Order received well but wallpaper poorly printed, the patterns do not match everywhere, quite disappointed with the product, I do not recommend.

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS Published on 08/07/2022

Hello Elodie, As mentioned, the installation protocol was not followed, which is why you have misalignments upon arrival. In addition to the documentation provided by the manufacturer, we have set up a help area with videos to properly install the wallpapers. Best regards. The BBG team

Products feel great to the touch, my daughter is delighted, a small downside on the curtain which is supposed to be a sheer and is quite thick, it still filters a lot of light.

Translated reviews

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS Published on 23/05/2022

Hello Sylvio, Thank you very much for your message. Indeed, this sheer lets light through, and it depends on the exposure of the window. Please feel free to send us photos or share on Facebook. See you soon. The BBG team

Delivery time much too long

Translated reviews

Response from BBG DECO DE HEROS Published on 01/08/2022

Hello, Our apologies if these delays seemed too long to you. The ordered item was being reprinted and announced to be delivered within 10 days, we could not meet this deadline due to transport difficulties with our manufacturer from the United Kingdom. I notice a new order placed subsequently via Manomano and it was delivered within 48H. Our sincere apologies for these unusual delays. Best regards.
