Order assembled and shipped very quickly (just a few days), compliant. Small downside on fragile packaging or too many dishes in each box, which do not necessarily withstand transport well. Customer service managed effectively to replace damaged dishes.

I had a very bad experience with the freeze-dried SATE-BABI meal. After eating it, I had a severe food poisoning. It was the only food I consumed that day, so it must have come from this product. Result: sick all day. I do not recommend it at all and I will not buy this kind of product again.

At this stage, there is no evidence to suggest that the Sate-Babi meal was the definite cause of your discomfort. In outdoor conditions, other factors may come into play: the quality of the water used for rehydration, hygiene conditions in the shelter, seasonal viruses (gastroenteritis), or even individual sensitivity to certain ingredients.
On our side, these references have been consumed by many customers this summer, without any similar reports. However, we remain very attentive to any quality feedback.
