I received a stove that I bought without packaging or manual. It only came with the stove inside a small bag. Considering that this is not how to receive a supposedly new product. I have sent a complaint email and have not yet received a response.

In this BRS model, the goal is precisely to offer an extremely compact and lightweight stove, so the packaging is also very minimalist and the product is delivered only in its small transport bag.

Watch out for the dates: some products have a much shorter DDM than expected. My ration was dated 09/2027 while other products went up to 2037. Check carefully before buying.

Regarding the rations, you generally need to count on a shorter shelf life, often around 2 years maximum, unlike some long-term storage products that can go well beyond that.
