Fast shipping, all the products are excellent quality and great value. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that some of the 24-hour rations—the white bags for civilian use—have main meals that match neither the paper specifying the contents nor what is advertised on the Liofilizado & Co website. They’re supposed to be beef and chicken, but they all contain chicken with ratatouille and chicken stew.

The experience on the website is good, but Chronopost's delivery service is awful. I live in central Strasbourg, where there are around ten Chronopost pickup points within a 1 km radius, including a large post office. My chosen delivery point was not respected, and the 15 kg parcel was dropped off 12 km from my home, in an area with no public transport—and I DON'T HAVE A CAR. So now I'm going to have a hard time collecting this heavy, expensive parcel, which should have been delivered to my door... This isn't directly your fault, but stop using Chronopost.
