Of the four NRG-5 rations, one was slightly dented, but nothing serious. However, both packets of crackers arrived completely crushed. I had put more in my basket before removing some prior to placing the order. It seems I was right to do so. I emailed you to let you know, but received no reply. Thanks to Michel for taking such care with packing my order, as so nicely noted on the leaflet.

Very good. A very good stove to use in wet weather because it produces a flame. Thanks to this order, I discovered your website. Very satisfied.
